,As a Sr. Solutions Consultant Manager you will interact with potential and existing customers from startups to large enterprises across industries. This role will define and demonstrate how Celtra’s Creative Automation (CA) or Creative Enablement (CE) products can solve enterprise-level creative production and dynamic marketing challenges across digital advertising. Individuals in this role will also enable new customers in the first 90 days of their onboarding ensuring the solution a client bought aligns with their expectations. You'll also act as a partner to sellers and customer success managers to better position Celtra’s products and services, as well as bringing feedback from customers back into the development of new products and processes.
This role will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success Managers, Product and Engineering leads. Aligned to new and existing revenue growth objectives and targets, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to sales and customers alike, organizing and distilling Celtra knowledge into a format customers can relate to and understand. This position sits across all qualified opportunities.
This is a client-facing role and requires high-quality soft skills as well as an ability to explain Celtra’s products and features with a depth of knowledge to customer and internal teams. Foundationally, this role will enable customers on our platform while impacting our acquisition of new customers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Celtra products and value proposition for brands, publishers, and platforms.
- Support all qualified opportunities, leading through the solution definition and proof of value stages of a solutions selling sales process.
- Support discovery around existing and future customer architectures, workflows, business, and technical challenges/opportunities.
- Develop and deliver customized product demonstrations for prospects as part of the net-new sales or account growth processes.
- Provide feedback to the organization on general client demands and identified gaps in capabilities.
- Proactively anticipate opportunities to expand or improve Celtra product offerings; identify deficiencies & technical issues with a potential negative impact on customer expectations and delivery.
- Hand off opportunities to Solutions Architecture that require technical solution design for advanced use cases using Celtra’s platform APIs and product features.
- Drive the first 90-days of onboarding and implementation for new customers you have brought into your respective portfolio line ensuring a smooth transition to a Customer Success Manager.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years experience developing customized presentations and demonstrations to prove a solution's business value to prospective clients of varying seniority.
- 5-8 years client-facing experience understanding customer pain-points and delivering product messaging and demonstrations that expose value, progress sales deals, or drive end-user software usage
- Ability to project manage software implementation and trainings with post-sales team members
- Experience supporting a b2b sales organization in a presales role, achieving and exceeding territory revenue plans
- Experience supporting workshops with customers and understanding challenges and business needs.
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent opportunities and delivering on time
- Do-er, proactive, independent thinker, a strong contributor
- Excellent organization skills, you must be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and dealing with rapidly changing requirements

Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 plus bonus - dependent on seniority and applicable experience
